Refunds & Cancellation

Every single piece designed & produced in Dental Disposables goes through stringent quality checks before dispatch. Unevenness in colour & texture of the fabric is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of the organic fibre and sustainable processes. To this effect, we do not offer cash refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. 

Although we do NOT accept returns; refunds are processed based on fulfilment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items, or sizing issues in the form of exchange or store credit. Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you store credit, which will be valid for three months. The amount will be refunded in the form of store credit within one week of initiation, and can be used for exchange/future orders for a validity period of 3 months maximum. All our orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in case of either damaged product, return or size exchange, please write to with the subjectline: RETURNS. Products sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. Dental Disposables must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of clothes about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days.

Please note, the refund amount will reflect as store credit within one week of us receiving the returned order, and can be used for exchange/future orders for a validity period of 3 months maximum. You can view the available store credit in the My Account section, and avail it during check out.
